1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the WK8PH platform (accessible at wk8ph.app and any associated mobile applications or services, collectively referred to as "wk8ph," "the Platform," or "the Service"), you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the wk8ph platform and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," or "your") and WK8PH ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our"). The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Notice of material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email to your registered address.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the wk8ph platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained throughout your use of the Service:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This requirement is mandated by Philippine gambling regulations and is strictly enforced by wk8ph. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on the Platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of each gaming session. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of wk8ph is lawful in your location.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and any other applicable jurisdiction.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by wk8ph or any other gaming operator or regulatory body, at the time of registration or during any gaming session.
• Not a Restricted Person: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of wk8ph or any of its affiliated companies, nor an immediate family member of any such person.

wk8ph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by wk8ph may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

To access real-money games on wk8ph, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted by the registration form. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on wk8ph. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. wk8ph employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, wk8ph reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your wk8ph username and password. You agree to notify wk8ph support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. wk8ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

wk8ph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed: a valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, driver's license), proof of residential address, and proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits. wk8ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

All deposits to your wk8ph account must be made using payment methods accepted by the Platform at the time of the transaction, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, among others. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account and are subject to change without prior notice.

wk8ph does not accept deposits from third parties. All funds deposited must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Deposits made from accounts belonging to other individuals will be returned and may trigger an account review.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of KYC verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds. wk8ph aims to process withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the outcome of any required security checks.

wk8ph reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be made to a payment account held in the same name as the registered wk8ph account. The Company is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Currency and Fees

All account balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on wk8ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). wk8ph does not currently charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which wk8ph accepts no responsibility.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

wk8ph may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the offer is presented.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your wk8ph account must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the individual promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are fully met, bonus funds and associated winnings are non-withdrawable.

5.3 Abuse and Misuse

wk8ph reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reclaim any bonus or promotional credit where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, the use of low-risk betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any form of collusion or fraudulent activity. Determinations of bonus abuse are made at the sole discretion of wk8ph.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

wk8ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the Platform. Your continued participation in a promotion following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

6 Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on wk8ph — including but not limited to slots such as Golden Bank, Dragon Fortune, Genie's 3 Wishes, and Queen of Bounty; table games such as European Blackjack; and other titles such as Wheel and Ludo Quick — operate using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by wk8ph, the game provider, or the player.

Each game on wk8ph is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with the rules of any game before placing real-money wagers. wk8ph accepts no liability for losses arising from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your device and the result recorded on wk8ph's servers, the server-side record shall be deemed authoritative. Technical malfunctions void all pays and plays. wk8ph reserves the right to void bets placed during any period of technical error or system malfunction.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wk8ph platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account on wk8ph;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age;
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the wk8ph platform in a manner not intended for human players;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play designed to gain an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform or any game — any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using wk8ph for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on wk8ph;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing wk8ph staff or other players through any communication channel;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

8 Responsible Gaming

wk8ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices among all players on the Platform. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, and self-exclusion options. These tools are accessible directly from your account settings.

If you believe that your gambling is no longer recreational and has become problematic, we strongly encourage you to make use of the self-exclusion facility available on wk8ph, which allows you to suspend your account for a defined period or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once activated, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the wk8ph platform — including but not limited to software, source code, game content, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of WK8PH or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wk8ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include the right to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform; modify or create derivative works based on Platform content; reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software forming part of the Platform; or use any wk8ph trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of wk8ph intellectual property may result in account termination and may expose you to civil or criminal liability under applicable law.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wk8ph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

wk8ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your wk8ph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

wk8ph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. wk8ph makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation or availability of the Platform.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

wk8ph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on wk8ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

wk8ph implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and wk8ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

12 Amendments to These Terms

wk8ph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, wk8ph will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.

Your continued use of the wk8ph platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting wk8ph support.

13 Termination and Account Closure

13.1 Closure by You

You may request the closure of your wk8ph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification.

13.2 Suspension or Termination by wk8ph

wk8ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; wk8ph has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity; you fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or wk8ph is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

In cases of termination for cause, wk8ph reserves the right to withhold account balances pending investigation. Where termination results from a confirmed breach of these Terms, wk8ph may forfeit any remaining balance in accordance with applicable regulations.

14 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of a dispute between you and wk8ph, you are encouraged to contact our support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. wk8ph will endeavour to resolve all complaints promptly and fairly. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

wk8ph operates within the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) for online gaming operators. Regulatory complaints may be directed to the appropriate PAGCOR channels.
